Payments

Full payment is required to secure and confirm all orders. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all Bloombay policies outlined on this page.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been created or prepared.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and custom arrangements, all sales are considered final.

Custom Orders & Bouquet Adjustments

Please note that minor adjustments may occasionally be made to bouquets using our professional judgement while maintaining the overall style and quality of your arrangement.

If you require your bouquet to be made exactly to your specifications, this must be clearly communicated and confirmed in advance before your order is created.

Approving your bouquet or order details and then raising concerns afterwards is not considered a fair or reasonable expectation.

Service & Conduct

Bloombay reserves the right to decline service at our discretion.

Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
